Yesterday
I am in a slight amount of pain/soreness from climbing for 4 hours. it was fun, jess was there for a little while. climbed a 5.11- with two falls. not bad.
ive been working on my bike a lot (took it completely apart and put it back together) and i figured out how to get everything working except the stupid freaking back derailleur wont shift right. i tried all the adjustment screws, wire...

Smith Mountain Lake
I just got Back from SML on Saturday. We were there for 4 day, 3 nights. we visited Radford University, did a little biking (ward prescott was with us), rented a ski boat and did some tubing. it rained the first few days so it was kinda boring but i totally want to go back and rent a boat for a few days. Yesterday Jess and I went to the river to swim for awhile. we walked to pipeline and swam in the rapid, absorbed the art of graffiti, and watched passages adventure camp kids learn kayaking skills. We spent a few hours down there and also visited belle isle for awhile. Then came back to Jessica’s house and helped her set up her new laptop (that I actually want to get now…) and watched...
